About You:

We are looking for a self-starting, growth-oriented person with attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaborate with the team. This person will be someone who likes working on multiple interesting projects simultaneously, enjoys mentoring, as well as being client-facing and either experience with business development or a desire to learn.

The ideal candidate will have 7-15 years of industrial hygiene experience including field and project management. CIH would be a bonus.

What You Get To Do:

Collaborate with the team as the West Cost Regional IH Manager. You will provide day to day technical direction/mentoring/oversight of the team as it grows, review/write reports, help with proposal preparation, be involved in scope/budgeting, communicate technical information to clients in a way they will understand, manage projects, develop and execute work.

You can work remotely from anywhere in California, however if you prefer to work in the office (FT or Hybrid) you can be based in Irvine, LA, Oakland, SF, San Jose or Sacramento. Those located near our offices will also spend less time traveling to sites as many of our projects are near offices.
